Elliot trained at the Newark Institute for Piano Tuning and Restoration from 1992-95 gaining full City & Guilds qualifications in Piano Tuning, Restoration and Repairs.

From there he went on to work for Bluthner and Welmar piano company holding the position of - Tuner and Technician, providing Tuning and after sales care, in Homes, Venues, Recording Studios and Schools accross London.

He has been a independent Piano Tuner & Technician since 2005.
